We're just two months out from the next Wild about Whitstable week and the planning team is making sure everything is in place to ensure the week is full of interesting and informative events for all ages.
A group is working hard to get some additional funding, and is hopeful of success, to help us offer even more; we are in contact with the event leaders to finalise details to help things run smoothly; there's a group working on the end-of-week Eco Fair; and there's lots of discussion with our partners, such as the Horsebridge, the Umbrella Centre, Whitstable Museum and the Castle.
This is proving to be a wonderful community collaboration, all aimed at showcasing local endeavours to help address the ecological crisis that surrounds us.
